Metro Alliance - as the Academic Master Plan for the Twin Cities
Metropolitan Area is commonly known - calls for a new era in
cooperation and collaboration in student transfer. One
of the major recommendations calls for the implementation of
DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) and CAS (Course Applicability
System), whereby students and counselors/advisors will be able
to receive online transfer evaluation reports as well as program
guides for their current institution as well as their intended
transfer institution.
