Transfer Specialist Conference

 The 2017 Transfer Specialist Conference will be held at Cragun’s Conference & Golf Resort, 11000 Craguns Drive, Brainerd, MN 56401on Friday, October 6 for transfer specialists from the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, the University of Minnesota, private colleges and universities, North Dakota and Wisconsin.

There will also be a session for Transfer Specialists from the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities on the afternoon of Thursday, October 5.  Lunch will be on your own on October 5.

Please Note: There is a change in payment process for this year’s conference!

You will need to register for the conference on this page (below); however, you need to make your lodging and meal reservations with the hotel directly (see hotel registration information below).

**Please Note This Change with Payments:  This year one payment will be made directly to Cragun’s for lodging and meals. There will not be a separate conference fee (that was $70 in prior years).



Conference participants should contact the resort for lodging needs. Make your lodging reservations by September 5, 2017. After September 5 you can still make reservations, but lodging will be based on availability.

Lodging, meal and meeting rate is $152.93 for single occupancy and $100.85 for double occupancy. Rate includes 1 night lodging, 2 meals, 3 breaks and meeting rooms.

Meal and meeting rate (without lodging) is $58.78 per day.

NOTE:  If attending the DARS Conference prior to the Transfer Conference, lodging reservations need to be made through the link or form posted on the DARS website



We hope that you will take some time to help make it an even more exciting and substantive event by submitting a proposal for a concurrent session. There are suggested topics provided; however, please feel free to submit a session for any topic about transfer that you have an interest in or believe others would like to learn about.
